Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase from BRONIQ! However, if something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help.
Returns
You can place a return request within 3 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
A deduction of ₹400 per item will be made from your refund amount to cover handling and reverse shipping charges.
Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund will be initiated within 7 days.
Please note that all returned products go through a strict quality check before any refund or exchange is approved. If the product is found to be washed, worn, dirty, damaged, used, or returned in an improper condition, the refund/exchange request will not be initiated. In such cases, if the customer wishes to receive the product back, they will be required to pay the shipping charges for re-delivery.
for products priced more than 2500 deduction of ₹ 700 per item will be made to cover handling and reverse shipping charges.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to your account according to the details provided by you.
Please note that refunds may take 7–14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
In case of COD orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account details shared via email or form.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers are eligible for a one-time exchange only.If the requested size/product is unavailable, a refund (after ₹400 deduction) will be initiated instead.
Please note that all exchange products go through a strict quality check before any refund or exchange is approved. If the product is found to be washed, worn, dirty, damaged, used, or returned in an improper condition, the refund/exchange request will not be initiated. In such cases, if the customer wishes to receive the product back, they will be required to pay the shipping charges for re-delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
Accessories, sale items, and customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged / Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos for verification.
Once approved, we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund.
In rare cases, certain PIN codes may be under courier embargo, making reverse pickup unavailable. In such situations, customers will be required to ship the product back to us to initiate a return or exchange.
