1. Order Processing & Dispatch

We know you're excited to receive your order! To ensure everything is perfect, we follow a strict dispatch schedule:

  • Dispatch Time: All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days.

  • Business Days: Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Tracking: Once your order has been handed over to our carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
